If you purchase a template (HTML, PSD, Flash) (Scripts not included) from us, we also pass full resell rights over to you. This means you can use this personally for your own personal site, you can use this commercially for your own online business, and you can sell the templates we provide at any price and nothing further is owed to us. You keep 100% of the profits generated from or by the templates.
Search Engine Optimization
Our SEO service is intended to improve your website's search engine ranking. You must understand, we, are in no way affiliated by, for, or under any search engine company or website. While proper search engine optimization will likely improve your ranking, it cannot be guaranteed what a third party company (the search engines) will do or how they will rank your website once optimized. We have had success with previous sites and believe we will continue having success in improving a website's ranking position. However, where you rank with any one search engine is entirely that search engine's decision and is out of our control entirely. This is because we are in no way connected to or with them. Our guarantee on any SEO or SERP Help package is as follows: Once payment is received, we will email you with a series of questions about your site, keywords, your short term and long term goals, as well as other questions. Once we receive a reply with your answers, we will begin going through our investigation and analysis of your site. Upon our completed analysis, we will email you with our expectations of your future ranking based on our services. If you do not agree to our analysis and future expectations of where we can rank your site and by when, we'll issue a refund and no service will be given to you and your site. If you agree to our expectations and we cannot deliver on our expected ranking position of your website within 60 days, you will be given a 100% refund. If we deliver on our expectations, agreed by you, no refund will be issued.
Backlinks & Text Links
All backlinks are done as natural as possible, ensuring your backlinks get full credit. A large network of backlinks are available and each purchase of backlinks will result in us (webjg.com) finding the most relevant website to list your link. The backlinks will be posted on blogs, personal websites and/or commercial websites. The owner(s) of these websites agree to list your website provided your site is respectable, with no adult content, offensive language, promoting or endursing any illegal activities, promoting or endursing race discrimination, racial slurs and the like. We verify this before posting your link and spot check all websites throughout each month. The backlinks remain on the sites provided the monthly subscription is continued. Once you cancel your backlink subscription, the link will be removed within 24 hours and no guarantee can and will be made that site will be available to you again. If a webmaster shuts down a site, we will find the next most relevant website to replace your backlink(s) within 24 hours of noticing the site shut down. This is a very rare occurrence, but it can happen and is out of our control since the websites are privately owned by 1000s of individuals and companies. The pagerank of the backlink you purchased is guaranteed. So, if you purchased a backlink on a pagerank 5 homepage, your backlink will be on an actual pagerank 5 homepage. However, the future pagerank could always improve or decrease and in both cases, this is out of our control. If the pagerank of the webpage your backlink is listed decreases, you can notify us by sending an email. We will then find another relevant website with the pagerank you ordered and place your link there. If the link increases pagerank, additional charges may/can be imposed, but at your request, we can change the link to another webpage with the pagerank you ordered.
Complete Websites for Sale with Domain
All websites for sale with domain are delivered to you complete, ready to go, just as you see them. These websites can be custom made by us (webjg.com), they can be from a template which we purchased and have full 100% resell rights, or they can be from a template purchased by us, but altered/customized by us making it more unique. What you see and what is listed is what you get. The price for each website varies and depends on several variables. If you purchase the discounted website, you agree to leave our link on the homepage for the life of the website. If our link is removed, we will pursue any and all legal avenues to remedy the issue. The discount for leaving our link on the purchased website is always 30%. If you purchase the discounted website (the one with our link on it) it will come delivered to you with our link code already installed. We will deliver the site to you within 24 hours from the time we submit the domain transfer request (except weekends). We will also need your information to transfer the domain from us to you and any transfer fees incurred will be your responsibility. Once the domain transfer request has been submitted and/or the website and/or the website script is delivered to you, no refunds can be made whatsoever. The time it takes for your hosting company to tranfer ownership is completely out of our control and we will not be liable for how fast or slow they (the hosting company) transfer ownership.
Logos & Banners
Logos and Banners can be custom made or you can have us alter one of the 1000's of logos & banners of ours. These logos and banners were obtained and purchased by us (webjg.com) with full resell rights or they were created by us. You can choose your preference on custom made or have us alter one of our logos and/or banners for you. All custom logos and/or banners will cost more, however, no one will have one like it. We may or can at some point or any point hire a third party design company if we deem it necessary, over booked, or feel you will be better served with their service, programs and equipment. We do this to ensure you get the best product at some of the best prices. The price we list or quote to you remains the same, whether or not we hire a third party company. We will also allow up to 3 changes from the first banner and/or logo. Each step along the way you will be asked questions regarding the style, look, requirements and so on about the logo and/or banner you are looking for. The more you can describe or explain what you're after the better we can serve you. If we conclude no matter what we try, we cannot satisfy your request(s) on a banner or logo, we will issue you 100% money back and cease any further attempts on your banner or logo. If a refund is issued, you cannot and will not use the banners or logos we supplied to for inspection(s). We will pursue all legal avenues if we find a logo or banner being displayed or used that we (templit.com) issued a refund on.
Custom Work and Packages
Custom work and packages are put together based on your requests. If you request a custom made website, custom built logo, banner, custom package of backlinks and/or seo services and so on: we will provide to you a quote for such custom work. We will also inlcude our terms specifically related to your unique package. You at that point can agree to our terms and proceed by paying through paypal or you can cancel. Our terms will be clearly stated, similar to the terms listed here. It will include refund policies, guarantees (if any) and so on. Since any custom package is likely 100% unique there is no 1 set of terms. We will make all attempts to keep our terms consistant with the terms listed here.
Additional Terms
Paying for a product or service constitutes a binding agreement between you and us (webjg.com). The terms of the agreement are listed here and additional terms may be sent to you via an email or emails while we are working on the project, product or service you requested and paid for. By continuing within our site (webjg.com), purchasing a product, purchasing a service, requesting a service or product, sending an email or in anyway communicating with us, you agree to the above terms and conditions. You will not hold us (webjg.com) liable for any product, service and the like that was ordered by you, paid for by you, but was refunded back to you by us (webjg.com). A refund constitutes an end to any previous agreement and ends any and all liablilty we (webjg.com) may have had. A refund can or may end all further, future communications between you and us (webjg.com), since nothing further is owed to you by us. We, at any point or time, can issue a refund to you to cease and end our (you and webjg.com) agreement or any agreements between you and webjg.com if and when we deem it beneficial to us. No reason is needed and may or may not be given to issue you a refund and end our agreement. Any and all liabilities on webjg.com's part ends when a refund is issued. Your liability continues indefinetely if no refund has been made.
